Barbie.
The last 'A level images posts' of the night. Colour 35mm negative images, again looking at different representations of women/stereotypes; here portraying a 'Barbie' theme. (unedited).
Makeup and styling: Myself.
Model: Millie Dobinson.
Dita Shoot.
Film Images, Dita Von Teese inspired, looking at different representations of women. (A level).
I know the last two images, are a bit repetitive, but I really like them both for different reason, this is why they are both included.
Light Box
A Level exploration of experimental techniques, distressing the original prints by pricking holes into them with a pin and then rephotographing them on top of a light box.
Inspiration Daniele Buetti.
B&W LDN
It's bizarre to think this where I now live and at the time I went there as a tourist not having any idea of the future. Also from these prints I distressed negatives and experimented with toning prints which was successful, I will have to dig out my old books to scan them in.
They aren't technically perfect, but I have selected them because they are unedited, self processed and enlarged images scanned in, and for the contrast and compositions of the images.
